Virtualis AI cannot entertain requests for returns or issue refunds for digital goods once downloaded. Transactions involving digital assets are deemed final.

If the received physical product exhibits a noticeable printing irregularity notably different from the original representation on our platform, Virtualis AI is dedicated to rectifying the matter promptly.

In the unfortunate event of receiving a physical product incongruent with your initial order, Virtualis AI will promptly rectify the oversight by facilitating the correct dispatch.

5. Logistics and Shipping Issues

Virtualis AI is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping and delivery. If you receive a damaged package, the issue lies with the logistics provider.

However, if your package never arrives, we encourage you to contact us at customercare@virtualis.ai, providing all relevant details, so we can work to resolve the issue.

While we are not liable for the performance failures of third-party delivery services, we prioritize customer satisfaction and will make efforts to assist in these situations.

  3. Resolution: Upon verification, Virtualis AI will proceed to process a refund or arrange for a replacement, per your preference.

Refunds will be promptly processed within the next 3 days of approval. Please note that the duration for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary based on the chosen payment method.
